Bridges Of Hope is a community-based organization based in Homabay County in Kenya. The organization is designed to strengthen and improve the performance of agricultural sector in Kenya also develop skills of the marginalized community through engagement and community participation in the community development projects in order to reduce humanitarian assistance and promote self-reliance.
